Airianna is our Manager of Client Care. She is often the first contact for folks as they reach out to Rising Insight for support. She’s the smiling face on the other end of the phone or computer, with the goal of connecting you with the right therapist given your therapeutic goals. While Airianna is responsive to calls and voicemails during business hours, our phone number connects you directly to our voicemail system, so please note that she is not able to attend to live calls.

Airianna has a wealth of experience working in customer service and the legal field. She brings compassion, understanding, efficiency and organization to her role. She is bound by confidentiality and privacy with your information, and treats all of our clients with respect and kindness. Airianna is crucial to meeting the values and vision for our practice, and we’re sure that she will be able to support you with any questions or concerns that you may have.
