I aim to provide a safe, comfortable environment to explore these ideas. Working together, I can support you in developing meaningful goals and new plans to get you to where you want to be.
I specialize in working with youth and adults with symptoms of anxiety and depression, folx experiencing tough life transitions, and those who have experienced intimate partner violence. I use many different modalities to meet the unique needs of all clients. Some of these include CBT, DBT, Solution Focused, Emotion Focused, and Narrative Therapy.
