Emily Starratt (She/Her/Hers)
Emily Starratt is a Registered Social worker and completed her Master of Social Work at Wilfrid Laurier University. Emily is experienced in providing therapy and support to children, youth and families focusing on grief, loss, parent skill building and attachment. Emily informs her practice with Attachment Theory and Solution-Focused Therapy.
Emily works with parents and children to strengthen their attachment, and work towards meeting your child, youth and family’s goals of mental wellness; pulling from her experience working with children and youth in the school board, hospice, cancer support centre and community children’s mental health organizations. Currently, Emily is in the process of completing the Children’s Grief and Bereavement Certificate from Andrea Warnick and has completed Circle of Security attachment training.
