Hannah is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) who works with clients in several areas, such as anxiety, depression, grief, relationship issues, separation or divorce, self-esteem and confidence issues, job loss, and significant life changes.
Hannah is a kind, compassionate, and open-minded therapist who focuses on building rapport and a therapeutic relationship, with an emphasis on clients’ strengths and unique circumstances. Hannah uses an integrative approach where clients are supported utilizing various therapeutic modalities to meet their distinct needs in a safe and non-judgmental environment.
Hannah utilizes psychodynamic therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based therapy, and solution-focused therapy in her work with clients. Hannah welcomes clients from all backgrounds and stages of life.
