Get to Know Nicole
Nicole is a Registered Psychotherapist with experience and knowledge working with children, adolescents, young adults and parents. Nicole uses a person-centred and strengths-based approach while supporting growth in areas of emotional well-being, communication and relationships.
Nicole has experience in a variety of areas including mental health concerns (e.g., anxiety, depression, OCD, anger), self-esteem, grief, family communication, and attachment issues. Nicole uses a variety of therapeutic approaches to meet the unique needs and preferences of her clients.
Nicole offers a warm, non-judgemental and supportive space where she collaboratively works with individuals and families to make positive change that is within their control, while accepting and navigating what is outside their control. Nicole believes that client's are the expert on their own lives, walking with them on the path towards emotional wellness, healing and fulfillment.
