Rose Tanaye (She/Her/Hers)
I remember when I was 14 years old, I told my friend I wanted to be a psychologist because I love hearing people’s life stories. I did not become a psychologist, but I became the next best thing. My love for hearing stories did not change but continued to grow. In my journey to become a Social Worker I learned that stories can be profound for both the storyteller and the listener, but with each story there is always a silver lining waiting to be broadened from a footnote to the focus of the story.
I am looking forward to hearing more stories and finding the silver linings and the gold nuggets, valuing each experience and its impacts. Thank you for choosing me to walk this journey with you.
SINCE NO ONE IS PERFECT,
it follows that all great deeds have been accomplished
out of imperfection.
