Honouring your needs Sarah, will act as your guide through therapy from a person-centred approach, with a particular focus on cultivating acceptance and self-compassion. She works in modalities that include Solution Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
BETWEEN STIMULUS AND RESPONSE THERE IS A SPACE.
In that space is our power to choose our response.
In our response lies our growth and our freedom.
