Reaching out for support can be one of the hardest steps to take, and I’m really glad you’re here. When you’re struggling with your mental health, it can feel overwhelming—like your emotions are taking over while life’s demands keep piling up. You don’t have to navigate that alone.

Therapy can be a meaningful step toward caring for your well-being and creating space for yourself. I aim to offer a supportive, non-judgmental environment where you can feel heard, understood, and at ease as you begin this process.

I became a therapist because I believe everyone deserves to feel heard and supported when facing life’s challenges. I view therapy as a collaborative journey—one that helps individuals better understand themselves, find meaning in their experiences, and create lasting change aligned with their values. My philosophy is that growth happens when we feel safe enough to explore our experiences, understand ourselves more deeply, and take meaningful steps toward the life we want.

My practice is centered on supporting individuals who are navigating complex emotional and behavioural challenges. I work with concerns such as anxiety, emotional regulation, ADHD, addiction, and grief and loss.

I draw on evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) to help you better understand how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviours are connected. Together, we’ll build practical skills to manage distress, strengthen emotional regulation, and develop coping strategies that feel realistic and meaningful for your life.

I have a particular interest in working with individuals with ADHD, offering compassionate, structured support to help improve focus, manage overwhelm, and strengthen daily functioning. I also support individuals navigating addiction and substance use, with a focus on harm reduction, relapse prevention, and gently exploring the underlying experiences that may be contributing to these challenges.
