Individual Counselling

 At Rising Insight we strive to make space for your story, your thoughts and your emotions, in a supportive and affirming way that facilitates growth. Our team of counsellors use evidence-based approaches such as individual psychotherapy sessions, EMDR, Neurofeedback, and ADHD coaching to help people step into the life they strive to live. We offer a range of services such as counselling, safety planning, and support groups to help people reach their goals.


Our mission is to provide a supportive and understanding environment to help people reach their fullest potential. Whether it is healing from past trauma, dealing with current life stressors, or finding balance in life, we are here to help.
