The greatest gift a parent has to give a child, and a lover has to give to a lover
IS EMOTIONALLY ATTUNED ATTENTION AND TIMELY RESPONSIVENESS.
When people feel loved, they are freer, more alive,
and more powerful than we ever imagined.

Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)
There may be challenging times in our lives that can leave us feeling defeated, alone, and overwhelmed. During those moments, reaching out for help may feel impossible, so we continue to live with patterns that don’t serve us well. I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and completed my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University. I have experience providing therapy to children, adolescents and families focusing on anxiety, attachment, and parent skill building. I work closely with each person to find and develop a treatment plan that will embrace the uniqueness of each situation, individual, and family. My work is grounded in attachment and systems theory and I incorporate solution focused and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) practices into treatment.
I believe that with a healthy mind and connected relationships, we are more likely to achieve inner peace and balance that promotes growth and development. Together, we will work to identify and understand the needs of individual members and balance those with the wellbeing of the family unit. My desire is to create a welcoming and safe environment, one that fosters authenticity and trust, in which true exploration and healing can take place.
