“Love is a constant process of tuning in, connecting, missing and misreading cues, disconnecting, repairing, & finding deeper connection”.

Changing your family narrative to one filled with more love and connection is possible.

I am Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and I completed my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University. I have experience working with youth and families, with a particular interest in working with parents in helping them navigate the difficulties of parenting. I have completed the Circle of Security Parenting training, continue to learn about working with people with eating disorders and have a passion working with clients who suffer from low self-esteem, body image issues and perfectionism.

As a mother of four and a therapist trained in family systems and attachment theory, I believe in taking a client-centered approach using evidence-based interventions. My goal is to help my clients work through the root problem and not just their symptoms, releasing them from their unhelpful narratives and behaviors. In our work together, you will learn to find you’re calm within your storm.
